Our estate agency office is based in Inverclyde, however we regularly deal with sales in Renfrewshire, Glasgow, North Ayrshire and Argyll.

Inverclyde lies 25 miles west of Glasgow on the southern shores of the River Clyde and covers around 60 square miles. The area enjoys excellent views across the Clyde Estuary to the fjord like Clyde sea lochs and Argyllshire hills. Inverclyde is well known for its spectacular evening sunsets over the Argyll hills in the west.

Greenock is the main town and is linked to Gourock in the west and Port Glasgow to the east. Further south are the expanding settlements of Inverkip and Wemyss Bay. Inverkip is home to the popular Kip Marina which gives direct access to the many spectacular sailing routes in Clyde Estuary. Inland are Kilmacolm and Quarriers Village. Inverclyde's population is currently around 85,000.

Inverclyde's good transport links make it an excellent location for commuters working in Paisley, Glasgow and further afield. The M8 allows travel to Glasgow city centre in 30 minutes, it takes just 20 minutes to reach Paisley and Glasgow International Airport.

Railway stations in Wemyss Bay, Inverkip, Gourock, Greenock and Port Glasgow provide a regular service to Paisley and Glasgow with 3 trains per hour in each direction.

Waterfront locations in Greenock and Port Glasgow are currently undergoing exciting redevelopment with new houses, flats and retail developments transforming these areas. The Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park is easily reached either by the car ferries to Argyll or the Erskine Bridge and a short drive on the A82. Even closer is the Clyde Murshiel Regional Park which lies within Inverclyde and its accessibility makes it ideal for weekend visits. A combination of spectacular views over the Clyde Estuary and proximity to the city of Glasgow attracts many buyers.
