Derek has more than 12 years experience in selling properties. Having always lived in Inverclyde he has an in depth local knowledge and understanding of this area, plus Renfrewshire and North Ayrshire markets.

He is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (FNAEA) and
is currently a member of their Scottish Branch Committee. Derek is fully
qualified holding the Certificate of Practise in Estate Agency and
regularly attends meetings to keep up-to-date with latest developments
and changes to legislation.
